유럽공동체마크_CE

CE는 프랑스어인 Conformity European의 약자이며, CE Marking은 제품이 안전, 건강, 환경 그리고 소비자 보호와 관련된 유럽규격의 조건들을 준수한다는 의미입니다.

제품을 제조하는 사람은 Harmonized Standards를 확인하여 자신의 제품이 어느 규격에 해당되는지를 판단하여야 한다. Harmonized Standards가 있는 경우에는 자체시험을 하여 TF(Technical File)을 작성하여 DOC를 발행하고, 적용할 수 있는 규격이 없는 제품은 EEC Directive 89/336/EEC의 10.1항 및 10.2항에 따라서 Competetent Body 또는 Notify Body에서 인증을 받고 TCF(Technical Construction File)를 작성해야 한다.

Harmonized Standards가 있는 제품에 한한다.
자체 시험설비 또는 외부 시험기관을 이용하여 성적서를 발행할 수 있다.
DOC(Declaration of Conformity)작성 => 시험 성적서를 근거로 작성한다.
- 정부기관 요구시 7일 이내에 제출
- EU내에 있는 위임자 및 수입 하는 자가 적합선언을 할 수 있다.
관련서류 보관(제품 단종 후 10년간 보관)

무선기기에 적용된다.
Harmonized Standards가 없는 제품에 적용된다.
Notify Body가 시험을 실시해야 한다.
Notify Body에서만 인증 가능하다.
승인서 및 시험 성적서(TCF : Technical Construction File)를 근거로 DOC 발행
Competent Body 에서만 시험실시 (Harmonized Standards가 없고, EEC Directive의 10.2항에 해당되는 제품)
