KTC Holds Comprehensive Briefing on the Foreign Employment System in Incheon
Date 2026-04-22 Views337

The Korean Testing Certification Institute (KTC) held the '2026 Comprehensive Briefing on the Foreign Employment System' for manufacturing companies in Incheon on the 21st, providing information on key administrative and labor issues in the hiring and management of foreign workers, as well as on the F2 visa and related topics.

This briefing was organized to address the increasing employment of foreign workers, relieve the administrative, labor, and visa-related difficulties actually encountered at work sites, and explore ways to utilize foreign labor based in the region. KTC collaborated with the Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon Support Center for Foreigners, and others to share support measures tailored to the characteristics of the local manufacturing industry.

Administrative and labor consultants introduced foreign policy and employment linkage measures, as well as Incheon's support programs, and provided explanations based on frequently occurring cases in real-world settings. In particular, a Q&A session was conducted focusing not only on delivering information but also on resolving difficulties faced by companies regarding the employment and stay of foreign workers.

By identifying major issues related to the use of foreign labor among manufacturing companies in Incheon through this briefing, KTC plans to strengthen customized support by linking with consulting services on foreign labor recruitment, stay, and workplace innovation.

President Sung-Il Ahn of KTC stated, "We will continue to promote support programs that provide practical help to companies in the workplace through collaboration with relevant organizations."
