KTC, Official Partner of Vietnam’s Largest Innovation and Startup Event…”Securing an Official Platform for Market Entry”
The Korean Testing Certification Institute (KTC) Vietnam office announced on the 9th that it has been selected as the official partner and co-organizer of "Techfest Vietnam 2026," the largest innovation and startup event in Vietnam, by the National Startup Support Center (NSSC) under the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) of Vietnam.
A KTC representative stated, "KTC is the only Korean organization to be granted official rights to co-organize the event, allowing us to directly participate in planning and overall operations." The KTC Vietnam office has been delegated by NSSC with official operational authority over major aspects of the event, including international cooperation programs, exhibitions, program management, and support for participating companies.
Accordingly, KTC will comprehensively support Korean companies’ participation in the event, systematically aiding all processes from registration, booth management, investor matching, technology presentations, to local networking.
Techfest Vietnam has been held since 2015 and is the largest innovation and startup event in Vietnam. It is a representative technological innovation platform that brings together global startups, investment institutions, government officials, and industry experts. This year’s event will focus on expanding global technological cooperation and the innovation ecosystem.
KTC is jointly developing and operating the Vietnam Excellent Innovative Enterprise (VEIE) certification system with NSSC, serving as the sole operating organization in the global enterprise sector. Companies certified with VEIE are provided with a variety of supports, including registration in the Vietnamese procurement market, linking with government and industry networks, B2B and B2G business matching, support for local corporation establishment, testing, certification and licensing consulting, priority invitation to Techfest, and workspace support in Hanoi. By linking participation in Techfest with VEIE certification, KTC plans to more effectively support Korean companies in building a foundation to enter the Vietnamese market.
President Moo-Won Park of the KTC Vietnam office stated, "It is highly significant that KTC has been selected as the only Korean institution to co-organize Techfest Vietnam 2026, as this secures an official platform to support our companies’ entry into the Vietnamese market.
