KTC Launches Customer-Centric Digital Service Platform 'Intelligent Testing and Certification Platform'

Korea Testing Certification institute (KTC) announced on the February 3rd that it has officially launched the Intelligent Testing and Certification Platform (referred to as the Intelligent Platform), a customer-centric digital testing and certification service.
With the launch of the Intelligent Platform (cs.ktc.re.kr), customers can now complete the entire process from submission to the issuance of test reports using their PCs or mobile devices. They can also view real-time progress of their applications and access video consultations with staff members by simply clicking on the consultation icon. This system significantly enhances customer convenience.
Furthermore, the Intelligent Platform is the first testing and certification organization in Korea to implement blockchain technology for issuing digital test reports. This reduces the time required for customers to receive original test reports and eliminates the hassle of verifying the authenticity of submitted test reports by various recipients, such as public institutions and companies.
President Sungil Ahn stated, , "The official launch of the Intelligent Platform signifies a crucial milestone in the digital transformation of testing and certification services." He added, "We will continue to strive for improved customer convenience and security."
