Safety Certification
According to Article 22 of the SPECIAL ACT ON THE SAFETY OF CHILDREN'S PRODUCTS, the manufacturer or importer of the children's products requiring safety confirmation shall have each model of such product tested and assessed for safety by a designated testing agency to confirm the conformance of the products with the applicable safety standards and report such fact to a safety certification body, according to this program.
Children's products requiring safety certification
According to Item 11, Article 2 of the SPECIAL ACT ON THE SAFETY OF CHILDREN'S PRODUCTS, these products are the products where it is believed to be possible to prevent the safety hazards of injuries of children or property damages due to their structure, materials, or the way they are used by means of product testing.
